Position: Applicant Tracking System Administrator

Salary: $52,000 to $72,800/year

About Progressive Turnout Project:

Progressive Turnout Project (PTP) is the largest voter contact organization in the country. Our mission: Get Democrats to vote. We design, test, and execute specialized voter turnout programs targeting inconsistent Democratic voters in the most competitive elections up and down the ballot. Since 2015, our trained Field staff, Fellows, and volunteers have made more than 59 million voter contact attempts across 39 states. PTP is grassroots funded, with more than 2.2 million unique donors and an average contribution of $17.39.


Position Summary:

PTP seeks applicants for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Administrator role. The successful candidate will become an expert in  the technology systems we use in our hiring process, including our ATS (Oleeo) and on-demand interview software  (HireVue), and lead our organization in fully using these systems. The position will be responsible for system configuration, workflow, documentation and end-user training.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrator of  PTP’s ATS (Oleeo) and on-demand interview software (HireVue)
  • Responsible for ATS system configuration changes, workflow creation, documentation and training guides
  • Support hiring managers in creating opportunities, posting jobs, and designing on-demand interviews
  • Troubleshoot, coach, and provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end users: HR, Hiring Managers, Supervisors, Department Heads, Executive team, and Candidates
  • Create and update templates for new job opportunities in Oleeo
  • Lead Oleeo and HireVue Training for new Hiring Managers
  • Support end-users in building and implementing hiring workflow
  • Help PTP hire all-star experts who can handle scaling our organization up to 5,000 paid staff by Fall 2022

Required Qualifications (You will be a good fit if):

  • You have 2+ years’ experience as an ATS Administrator, or equivalent experience in a technology support role

  • You take a leading role in highly-pressurized situations when there is a need to resolve high-priority issues, working through the issues with grit and a solutions-oriented approach

  • You’re proficient in G Suite Products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc)

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Prior experience with Oleeo and/or HireVue
