Position Summary:

Progressive Turnout Project (PTP) seeks applicants for our Postcards Organizer role. In this position, the right candidates will help execute our Postcards to Swing States initiatives in 2022. Organizers are generalists who oversee in-office volunteers, pack and ship postcards, and correspond with volunteers around the country via email.

Postcards to Swing States recruits volunteers nationwide to write handwritten postcards to rally Democrats to vote. We use volunteers in the Illinois office/warehouse space to pack and ship postcard orders to tens of thousands of volunteers. Since 2020, we have organized over 29 million postcards to voters. We will also launch a unique Neighborhood Letters program in 2022. In this program, we email a letter template and a walk list to volunteers for their neighborhood.
